INSTRUCTIONS:-

 

1.Scanned copy of documents to be required at the time of registration.

(a) Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority.
(b) Aadhaar Card of the child.
(c) Passport size (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) photograph of the child and the parents at the space provided.
(d) Last Class Progress Card(Not required for Nursery to Std-I)
(e) Attested photocopy of AISSE/AISSCE certificate(s) of parents in case the ward is of an Alumnus/Alumna.

   

Age Criteria:-

  For Nursery- 01.09.2021 to 31.08.2022(Both days included)

  For LKG- 01.09.2020 to 31.08.2021(Both days included)

  For UKG- 01.09.2019 to 31.08.2020(Both days included)

  For STD-I- 01.09.2018 to 31.08.2019(Both days included)

  For STD-II- 01.09.2017 to 31.08.2018(Both days included)

  2. After completion of the online application, take printout of the form and submit the form duly signed by the parents along with the requisite copy of the requisite documents as mentioned below before on or before 25.02.2025 by 2 pm in the school office.

a. Birth Certificate
b. Aadhaar Card of the child and parents
c. Passport photo of the child and parents(2 copies each)
d. Combine Photo(Child with parents)-postcard size
e. Blood Group Report of the child
f. Last Class Progress Card(Not required for Nursery to Std-I)
g. Caste Certificate(other than general)
h. Certificate from the Employer(in case of Adani DPCL Employee)-Available in the website

  3. Under no circumstances the date and time as mentioned in admission notice for submission of above Application Form can be extended.
