Kindly read the following instructions carefully before filling up the form.

Scanned copy of documents required at the time of registration:
Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority.
Aadhaar Card of the child.
Passport size (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm) photograph of the child and parents.
Last Class Progress Card (Not required for Nursery to Std-I).
Attested photocopy of AISSE/AISSCE certificate(s) of parents (only in case of Alumnus/Alumna).

01.04.2021 to 31.08.2022 (Both days included)

After completion of the online application, take a printout of the form and submit the duly signed form by the parents along with the requisite documents
on or before 28.02.2026 by 2:00 PM
at the school office:
Birth Certificate
Aadhaar Card of the child and parents
Passport size photograph of the child and parents (2 copies each)
Combined photograph (Child with parents) – Postcard size
Blood Group Report of the child
Last Class Progress Card (Not required for Nursery to Std-I)
Caste Certificate (other than General category)
Certificate from the Employer (in case of Adani DPCL Employee) – available on the website

Under no circumstances will the date and time mentioned in the admission notice for submission of the application form be extended.
